Mazal di perou

Mazal comes from the Hebrew word מַזָל meaning luck 

Literal translation: Luck of a dog

The equivalent of  Lucky dog ” in English

It is usually said when you see a dog being treated very well by its owner, e.g. given steak for dinner or is carried by its human. Sometimes it is said about a person who is fortunate like only a dog can be.
